The Online M. Ed. in Educational Technology is a 36-hour program designed to prepare persons in K-12, higher education, corporate, and military settings to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for the classrooms of tomorrow. Getting Started

To participate in the Online M. Ed. in Educational Technology program, you must apply to and be accepted by UT Brownsville. Criteria, procedures and deadlines for admission are the same as the traditional residence program.

Please look at the UTB Calendar for a schedule of admissions and registration deadlines. You will receive written confirmation from UT Brownsville that you have been admitted to the university within two to three weeks. Transferring credits to UTB/TSC is available for incoming Educational Technology students. The limit for transfer credit is 12 hours of appropriate graduate credit.
